The Senior School recorded a hard fought, tense victory at the Oratory. Bowling first the Oratory scored 110 off their 20 overs with some excellent bowling from George M in particular. He was well supported by Lucas G, Joe B and Henry M. Having watched England bat, the Senior School innings was true 'Bazball' slipping to 25 for 5 after three overs. Enter captain Louis J and Jasper J who rescued the innings in a forty-run partnership. James R continued to chip away at the score, a crucial partnership from Ishan and Oscar V took the score to 104. Wickets then fell leaving the last pair at the wicket with an over to go, Joe B stepped up and hit a four before scappering a leg bye to WIN with a ball to spare.
