The Colts Green team travelled to Ashfold School on Wednesday afternoon, facing a physical and larger side that provided a good test for the Bruern boys. Ultimately, the game ended in a convincing loss, however the colts learnt a few lessons along the way which we have been working on already in games sessions and will look to build on in the coming games. Whilst Bruern had a difficult first half they completely came alive in the second half, putting a number of tries away and looking like a more confident, different team altogether. It is too difficult to give particular mentions as the boys stuck together as a team and dug deep coming away with their heads held high having made reparations in the second half. A big well done to all of the boys involved in the fixture!
