In their game against New College School, the Colts Red team demonstrated what can be done when you work as a team, finishing their game with a 4-1 win! Throughout the game the boys persistently looked to string passes together and feed balls through to each other, playing a great attacking game with positivity and confidence in each other. Finlay C opened up the scoring with a brilliant rebound goal, which was closely followed by some excellent interplay between players up the pitch that led to Theo S getting his first goal in a fixture! Theo S wasn't ready to stop there, as he went on to score another goal after a persevering run, making the score 3-0. New College clawed back one goal, but not long after, Francis F showed some exciting individual skill by skipping around 2 players and popping goal number 4 in the back of the net. Will G held a tight defensive line throughout the game stopping anything that came his way, showing dogged determination to stick with every attacker, every time. A big well done to all the boys who played, they all contributed to a great team effort.
