The 3rd XI (The Mighty Knights) took to the field for the first time in cold and windy conditions, however this did not deter their enthusiasm. We batted first and scored a very reasonable 115. We took to the field in our whites accompanied by a Bruern blazer or two, Jamie T on debut nearly taking a hat rick which really got the crowd going. However, Abingdon found some rhythm and chased down our score in 19 overs. A great first game of the season and plenty of positive play from all round.
