Bruern hosted New College in this week's fixture. With the weather being kind for back to back weeks we lost the toss and New College elected to bowl. Balthazar B and Anthony C opened the batting and with the focus this week on trying to preserve wickets early doors we managed that before Anthony C got caught behind off the faintest of edges and we tumbled to 50 all out. With few on the scoreboard we had to be attacking with the lines we bowled and with two early wickets from Anthony C and some tidy overs from Will B we gave it a good go. New College finished on 52-2 off 10 overs.
